Why a salt bath?
Have you ever feel energized and lighter after a walk on the beach?
Yes! most of the time because, you are breathing salt water. Why it feels so good? Because Water absorbing and hold our negative energy and salt break it down. While Water is taking away your stress energy accumulated in your energy field, salt is disintegrating dirty and negative energy.
Having a salt bath after a stressful day, when we are feeling weak and vulnerable or when we are in a process of healing is the best things you can do to feel better. A salt bath is a very powerful tool to help you clean up your aura and strengthen your body, mind and spirit.
What is the recipe?
Draw a bath full of water at body temperature.
Add 2 to 3 pounds of salt while the water is running. Pounds!! Yes! I know. But no worries, you don't need fancy salt from spa. Table salt is perfect and 25pounds at a warehouse retailer is only $5 and it worth it for this purpose.
You can added 8, 10 drops of lavender or tea tree essential oil, light up some candle for an intimate ambiance.
And soak your body for 15-20 mins. Please, do not exceed 20mins because the salt is going to be saturated and all the stressful energy contains in salt water can go back to you.
Also, a little advice. Set up your intention before going to the bath. What do you want before going to bed? A calm mind, recovery, releasing emotions, being relaxed....
How often should you take a salt bath?
2, 3 times a week will be the ideal. If you are recovering from severe ailments or sickness, every day is recommended. If you are on the go and you don't have 20mins by day, the next paragraph will answer your question.

Rince and get wet.
Turn the water off and sprinkle salt all over your body.
Pay a special attention on your torso, front and back. also focus on your arms, your armpits and, your hands; and to your legs, the sol of your feet and, behind your knees.
Massage all your body for 30 seconds.
Rinse, and you are ready to go, fresh and light to start your day!
